Hi everyone… HAPPY NEW YEAR! I just got back from a great workout and am waiting for my food to cook. Roger an I are working on getting that mass on my physique! We are gonna start with the meal right after my workout.

Since tonight was a blowout session.. my meal will be 10oz steak, dry baked potato, 5g Twinlab fizz creatine, 2 Twinlab Amino 2000, Glutamine and 60 oz of water (in a one hour span)

I am looking forward to this transformation. This is gonna be exciting.

Well… it’s snowing again… I had a feeling we weren’t out of the woods. This is the perfect opportunity to clean my golf clubs and reminisce about the 39 I shot just 2 weeks ago…when it was 75!!

Today’s training was really enjoyable! Chest day is like recess… I look forward to it all week. I trained lighter, with more reps. My chest got really ripped close to the end. During cable crossovers, the lines throughout my chest became very visible… woohoo… I really like that :-)

Hi there… it’s me again.. Jason.. Musclejournal programmer and ordinary guy. Coming to you live from the office chair that sits directly in front of my pc.

I don’t know about you, but I really love spring time! There is nothing like waking up refreshed on a early sunny morning. That was me today. Here in Ohio, you learn to take what you can get… because it might snow tomorrow… lol

Today was a pretty good day nutritionally. I didn’t train today…but I can’t wait to train chest tomorrow!! I have been going light all week…. with tons of reps that give you that super pump! (veins everywhere…. oh sorry.. that was gross :-)
