Woohoo!! I weighed in at 196lbs today… I know this may sound trivial.. but I get excited when I see my body responding to training! There are so many hyped up products on the market promising this and that… it is nice to see improvement in my physique.

I switched up my routine to start later in the evening… I felt pretty strong after eating all day. The super sets were a great way to a quick pump.. :-)

Here is my day as it happened:

Meat replacement made with soy… (very good!.. I am not a meat hater.. just thought I’d try something different… chicken is getting old.. :-)

Fresh juice frappe made with ice, strawberries and apples… (mmm)

Monday April 10th, 2000

Today was a pretty good day…. for a Monday. I weighed in at 195lbs this afternoon. My goal weight is a lean 205. For a while there, I thought I would never get above 180. Being 6’2… I sure don’t want the JJ Evans look. (Dy-noooo-mite!!) :-)

My back workout went great! I lowered my reps and used a little heavier weight. I should be sore tomorrow.. :-)
