Today was back and bicep day. My workout partner helped me take a few pictures for my gallery (Lord knows, that was embarrassing) – People look at you like you think you are somebody…. hehe

I did manage to get a few of Sam (what a modest guy..) He has been training forever.. I think he and Moses threw up a few sets together… :-)

My nutrition has been pretty good today. I got off to a late start and felt a bit Hypoglycemic before my 1st meal. I had to grill some more chicken this morning and cooked a few yams.
