Fitness
Fitness is a big part of my life. Many people think that staying in shape is 20 minutes in the gym, 3 times a week.
It is so much more than that.
Most of staying in shape happens in the kitchen. Meal preparation and responsible eating makes up a huge part of looking good and feeling great. The remainder is done in the gym and of course… while you are resting.
I am a fitness enthusiast and there is a reason for it. Believe me.
I was not always fit. In fact, there was a time where I was so fat that my health was starting to suffer because of my lifestyle. Read more about it here
