Will I Walk?
After more than a month of coding and development… I am pleased to announce the launch of “Will I Walk?”
What is it?
“Will I Walk?” is a social experiment to see if I can create the largest jury in the world.
"Will I Walk?” allows you to vote daily on popular criminal cases in the news. It tallies vote percentages in real time and shows you the ‘popular vote’ on each case.
In the News
News media commonly use polls to supplement a story they’re reporting.
My “News Widgets” provide bloggers and news media supplemental website content for that case. These ‘widgets’ will show the current popular vote for the case and allow their website visitors to vote… right from their news website.
For instance:
“Will I Walk?” lets our voices be heard on these cases. (some of which are heinous) – Along with voting, “Will I Walk?” has real-time comments for each story. Speak your mind!
What can you do?
I was hoping each of you would check out the site, take a moment to sign up (it’s free and quick!) - and try it out. Use the site for a month… help me generate votes.
Please stop in each day and VOTE!
Feedback
Once you use “Will I Walk?” for a while, would you be so kind as to offer some feedback? Things you might change, features that could be added…
One more thing…
Would you consider telling 5 people about “Will I Walk?” – this would really help me spread the word.
Would you ask them to tell 5 people?
If you have a Twitter account, would you consider Tweeting daily on each story you vote on. This will really get the word out!
Because this is a ‘social’ experiment, I am only using social channels (Twitter, Facebook…) and word of mouth to promote this… it’s part of the experiment.
Well… if you are still reading this, thank you. I appreciate each of you and I thank you for your time!!
The people have spoken!!
